Late, Cancellation & No-Show Policy- Please read the following policies carefully before booking your appointment. By booking, you acknowledge and agree to these policies and authorize the card on file to be charged for any applicable fees. Late Policy- I allow a 10-minute grace period for late arrivals. If you are more than 10 minutes late, your appointment will need to be rescheduled. There are NO exceptions to this policy, including traffic, difficulty finding the location, or not being familiar with the area. Please plan accordingly and allow yourself enough time to arrive on time. Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy- I require at least 48 hours’ notice for any cancellation or rescheduling. Cancellations or rescheduling requests made with less than 48 hours’ notice will result in a charge of 50% of the scheduled service. This policy applies to all circumstances, including illness, emergencies, personal matters, or changes in plans. I completely understand that unexpected situations can happen; however, your appointment time is reserved exclusively for you. Last-minute cancellations make it difficult or impossible to fill that time with another client. No-Call/No-Show Policy- A no-call/no-show will be charged 100% of the scheduled service. If you do not show up for your appointment and do not contact me, the full service fee will be charged. Card on File The applicable fee will be automatically charged to the card on file, regardless of whether I am able to reach you or whether you respond to any communication. No additional confirmation or authorization will be requested at the time of the charge. By booking an appointment, you are confirming that you have read, understand, and agree to these policies.
